BEAM+ LAB wanted to pioneer a Web3-native virtual idol ecosystem co-creating characters alongside fans and IP partners. The challenge? Develop a compelling brand identity and immersive NFT experience that resonates with both blockchain-native users and mainstream entertainment audiences, while capturing investment and top-tier creative talent.
Strategic Brand Identity
We defined BEAM+ LAB’s core narrative as a decentralized entertainment incubator, enabling community-driven creation and ownership. The tone and visual language reflected both Web3 innovation and anime-inspired storytelling balancing futuristic aesthetics with emotional warmth.
NFT Design & 3D Modeling
Our team crafted a series of avatar-first NFT collections based on the Wu Xing element system (Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, Earth). Each character was uniquely designed with distinct visual traits and rarity, ready for minting and resale. 3D renders were built to blend collectible value with future usability in virtual worlds.
Motion Graphics & Launch Experiences
We produced dynamic CGI animations showcasing the new idols—complete with hero poses and animated intros to serve as teasers and social media drivers. Launch assets revolved around cinematic 3D motion sequences, character reveals, and element-by-element teasers, building anticipation and engagement.
Ecosystem Momentum & Collaborations
This visual strategy helped secure HKD 8M+ in early fundraising from Web3 investors, entertainment IP partners, and community backers—validating brand value and unlocking investments in 3D model development, motion media, and Web2 IP integrations.
